MSI Pulse GL66 is a mid-range laptop that comes out as an odd beast. The laptop’s aesthetics are similar to the old-age gaming notebooks, chunky and all-plastic. It comes packed with the latest technology, but this odd notebook’s specs make us scratch our dome. The powerful 11th Gen Core i7 is paired with the lowest take of the Ampere architecture, RTX 3050 Ti. This lower tear card makes us think that this is a budget laptop.
