The latest Winterfest event in Fortnite starts on December 16, 2021. It will run for whole 21 days until January 6 of 2022. If you are reading this right now, the event has already started, and you can enjoy the few benefits you can unlock right now. So what are you waiting for? Go to the Item Store, and you will see the free skin somewhere there with the price tag of zero V Bucks. The skin will not be automatically redeemed, so you have to buy the items just as you buy other things.

Sergeant Winters got the keys to the Winterfest Lodge from Crackshot and he is opening the Lodge to give out gifts to the Fortnite players who are there to enjoy the holiday season. You can unwrap 14 presents in the Lodge by logging into the game daily. Two outfits, two wraps, two pickaxes, a contrail, a glider, lobby track, emote, spray, emoticon, banner, and a loading screen. You can enter the Lodge by clicking on the Snowflake on the Lobby Screen just like last year.

Don’t worry if you miss any days; just log in any time before January 6, 2022, and unwrap your gifts.

There are also some quests, Sergeant Winters wants you to complete, and in return, he will be giving away some good rewards which will be very good to add to your collection. A new quest will be added each coming y. If you manage to complete seven quests, you will get the Snowmando Glider in return which will be coming with two variants. If you complete the ten quests, you will be getting the Frosty back bling. These quests will not be that hard as they are the challenges in a gifting season, so we think it’s easy to get all the rewards before the event ends on January 6, 2022.

If you are a subscriber of the Crew membership, you will be rewarded with a special variant of the Snowmando glider, which is based on, well, you can see for yourself.

Play for at least two hours in the creative mode, and you will be rewarded with a new emoticon, a spray, and two banners for your profile icon. You will get to play in some of the best maps created by different people in the creative mode.

Winterfest 2021 brings some of the most fun items back from the vault into the playing field. Changes in the gameplay during the Fortnite Winterfest 2021 are given below.

Chiller Grenades

The Chiller Grenades are back in the game. These are very fun to use grenades that will give them icy feet when thrown onto an enemy. Make them slide to their death or stop them from getting into the safe zone after running half the map using medkits to stay alive.

Snowball Launchers

If you are more into the heavy armory stuff and dont want to use tiny grenades, this rocket launcher will help you shoot snowballs onto the face of your enemy instead of the normal rockets. Your enemies will be bathing in the snow under the snowy explosion of this heavy hitter.

Holiday Presents

This was considered one of the most OP items you can pick. It gives you random loot, including legendary items for your whole team to share between them. Now that they are back, we bet that the entire landing spots will be filled with some random Present Boxes here and there.

Sneaky Snowman

So just like the name suggests, the Sneaky Snowman item changes you into a good-looking, fluffy snowman that can be broken if shot. You can hide and wait for the unsuspecting enemy to give them the scare of their life by unloading all your weaponry on them when they are just there farming for some cute materials.

One of the most exciting things about the Winterfest is that the Spiderman from the latest Spiderman movie will be visiting the Item Shop along with MJ and other things related to the movie’s characters. This might be the biggest attraction of this Winterfest for us. The mask-less version of Spiderman will be the favorite of many people, as we can tell by its looks. That is a pretty accurate modeling of the real-life actor.
